Finding our superpowers
Sound ON was back over the Easter break with South Essex Homes working with super young people!
Over the week our creative team worked with children & young people living in temporary accommodation to discover their super powers.
The group took part in a variety of creative activities such as storytelling, mask making, T-Shirt painting and journalling. The activities focussed on mental wellbeing, building confidence and resilience and exploring healthy emotions.
“We learnt how to calm ourselves and how to treat people.”
“I liked making new friends and doing different activities.”
Sound ON will be returning to South Essex Homes’ Chaucer House in the summer holidays - we can’t wait!
