LABOUR OF LOVE EXHIBITION

Join us for a special celebration and see the beautiful community quilt created by mothers in Southend!

Labour of Love has been a joyful participatory project where mothers of babies worked with textile artist Laura Johnson (AKA Jilted Quilts) & facilitator Lauren Eve to create a stunning quilt through connection, conversation and creativity.  

Our Labour of Love celebration & exhibition of the quilt takes place:

Saturday 27th April, 10am - 1pm

Metal Southend, Chalkwell Hall, Chalkwell Park, Westcliff-On-Sea

We are very grateful for the support of organisations: Do It Like A Mother, Cake Club, Bump 2 Breast & A Better Start Southend who hosted our sessions.
